Individual therapy is a supportive and confidential space to explore your emotions, experiences, and patterns without judgment. I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and self-esteem struggles, helping you find clarity and resilience. Drawing from EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT, and attachment theory, I tailor each session to your unique goals and pace. Together, we’ll uncover the roots of stress or reactivity and build practical tools for emotional regulation and self-compassion. Therapy can help you better understand yourself, strengthen boundaries, and create lasting internal peace.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured therapy used in trauma work. EMDR can be effective in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and a variety of other mental health issues. This modality stimulates the left and right hemispheres of the brain using bilateral stimulation. We bring to the surface historical, distressful events that contributed to maladaptive thought patterns- both conscious and subconscious. This allows us to identify, process and replace the negative cognitions we develop with positive ones.
Children and teens often express their emotions through behavior, and therapy can help them make sense of what they’re feeling. I provide a warm, safe, and age-appropriate environment where young clients can explore challenges such as anxiety, peer conflict, family transitions, grief, or emotional regulation. My approach combines play, creativity, and evidence-based interventions to help them express themselves and build coping skills. I also collaborate with parents to support consistency and understanding at home. The goal is to help each child or teen feel more confident, secure, and connected—both within themselves and their relationships.
Every relationship experiences challenges, but therapy offers a space to reconnect, repair, and grow stronger together. In couples counseling, I help partners identify and break unhelpful patterns, improve communication, and rebuild trust and intimacy. Using the Gottman Method and attachment-based approaches, we’ll work toward understanding the deeper needs beneath conflict and learning how to turn tension into teamwork. Whether you’re navigating recurring arguments, infidelity, or emotional distance, sessions focus on creating safety, respect, and mutual understanding. My goal is to help both partners feel seen, valued, and equipped to sustain a healthy, thriving relationship.
