As a couples and individual therapist, I believe healing begins when we feel seen, understood, and emotionally safe. My work focuses on helping people strengthen connection, rebuild trust, and navigate difficult emotions with clarity and compassion. I create a judgement free and confidential space for you to freely express yourself.
I am dually licensed as a Social Worker and Clinical Counselor. I am Gottman Level 3 trained with additional training in trauma and affairs. I'm also trained in EMDR and am IFS Level 1 trained. I integrate CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, the Gottman Method, and attachment theory to tailor sessions to each individual or couple helping clients move from reactive patterns.
In couples therapy, I help partners repair trust, rebuild intimacy, and communicate more effectively. In individual therapy, I support clients in healing from anxiety, trauma, and relational patterns through insight and practical tools. My approach is compassionate, research-based, and deeply human.
