Therapy from the comfort of your own space. Telehealth allows you to access compassionate, professional support through a secure and confidential online platform—ideal for busy schedules or those seeking flexibility and privacy.

For my client's who are working, in school or have other obligations, I offer evening appointments. I try to keep appointment times as flexible as possible to fit the needs of my clients. I am located in Gemini Tower 1 right off of Crocker Rd in Westlake, Ohio. 

I am a sole practitioner, therefore you get the benefit of speaking and working directly with me instead of going through a third party. Client's are able to speak to me before scheduling an appointment, reach out to me when new issues arise and keep me updated on matters that they'd like to bring up in therapy. 

I was born and raised in the Cleveland area. I am familiar with and have been able to work in local schools with other mental health practitioners, collaborating on treatment plans when necessary. Being from the area, I am also aware of and able to provide local resources and referrals to providers such as psychiatrists, doctors and other mental health professionals.

My therapeutic stance is person-centered. I believe that each client has their own individual needs. My goal is not to solve your problems for you, but to help guide you on your journey of self-awareness and changing patterns that no longer serve you. My practice is a safe space for client's to come to and feel emotionally supported.
